We are delighted that we have been awarded the IHK quality seal for more than nine years and es has es been extended for another three years," explained Nils Pehmöller. The Bad Essen-based company is heavily involved in training marketing. Its cooperation with regional schools and its presence at training fairs and on social media are exemplary. An internal trade fair team and a social media content team have been set up among the trainees.
"The quality seal supports companies in addressing young people, their parents and teachers," explained Juliane Hünefeld-Linkermann. The cooperation with schools also benefits not only the future trainees, but all young people involved in their career orientation.
The entire training process at Kesseböhmer is structured, and great importance es to the development of personal and social skills. The company strengthens social interaction through team training, courses, andevents organized by the trainees themselves. "The certification process is not a sure-fire success," added Hünefeld-Linkermann. "Nine years as a TOP training company – that's three generations of trainees. The company had to repeatedly prove the high quality of its training under changing conditions in the audit process," said the division manager.
