Kesseböhmer is many things: a leading supplier of kitchen fixtures, a specialist in steel processing, and a supplier to the automotive industry. Yet, despite its wide range of activities, the Kesseböhmer Group is known above all for one thing: making the most of spaces for their intended functions. This is what unites the five divisions we operate today from twelve locations. And there’s one more thing that all companies in the Kesseböhmer Group have in common. We are innovative without losing sight of our traditional values. With high quality, a customer-focused approach, and modern manufacturing methods, we have been winning over customers around the world since 1954.
Today the Kesseböhmer group is still owned and managed by the current generation of the founding family. Our core competence is in metal processing. We work with wire, flat band and tubing and our products are finished in our in-house electroplating and powder-coating facilities.

Our beginnings make up a large portion of our business still today. We’ve been developing and producing customer-tailored shopfittings, check-outs and shelving systems since 1956. Thanks to these decades of experience in this industry, we’re able to provide customers with cost-effective turn-key solutions for turning retail spaces into successful businesses. With Kesseböhmer Ladenbau GmbH & Co. KG, the Group brings together all shopfitting activities under one roof. With STOREBEST GmbH & Co. KG, KRAUSE Metall GmbH and HNP Metalltechnik GmbH’s close cooperation, the various aspects of shopfitting, such as system shelving, check-out desks, wire processing and customer-specific shop-fitting and display systems, come together in one place. This also qualifies Kesseböhmer Group with “Shopfittings Made in Germany” as a capable one-stop supplier for domestic and international retail customers. Thanks to our own modern production methods, our strengths are speed and flexibility. Our passion for materials, shapes and colours can turn any room into a shopping experience and a place where people like to spend time, browse and try things out. This leaves an impression and turns visitors into customers. This is how we lay the foundation for successful concepts in retail.
