With our state-of-the-art 2D laser cutting system, we can cut materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and brass precisely and efficiently. The maximum cutting thickness is 25 mm mild steel, 12 mm stainless steel, 6 mm aluminum, 5 mm copper and 10 mm brass. The sheet format is 1500 x 3000 mm (large format).
The areas of application for our 2D laser cutting are diverse. Due to our processing competence , 2D laser cutting is used in particular for prototypes and small series.
Our 2D laser is mostly used to produce blanks for further forming processes, such as bending or the tool-based forming process.
- Larger components possible (dimensions by arrangement)
- High-strength construction materials can also be cut
- Sheet thicknesses up to 2 mm (in exceptional cases up to max. 4 mm)

Our 3D laser can automatically process stamped parts, tubes, and profiles of various shapes.
The 3D cutting head allows es the cutting of precisely fitting contours that conventional tube processing machines with 2D cutting heads cannot process.
The tubes and profile bars, which can be up to 6.5 m long, are automatically fed into the laser system, processed, and automatically unloaded.
This allows contours of various types to be cut out and trimmed (cut to length), which is not possible with conventional processing machines such as saws and involves increased labor and costs due to the use of different machines such as saws, drills, milling machines, etc.
