With our state-of-the-art 2D laser cutting system, we can cut materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and brass precisely and efficiently. The maximum cutting thickness is 25 mm mild steel, 12 mm stainless steel, 6 mm aluminum, 5 mm copper and 10 mm brass. The sheet format is 1500 x 3000 mm (large format).
The areas of application for our 2D laser cutting are diverse. Due to our manufacturing capabilities, 2D laser cutting is used in particular for prototypes and small series.
Our 2D laser is mostly used to produce blanks for further forming processes, such as bending or the tool-based forming process.
Our 3D laser can be used to automatically process punched parts, pipes and profiles of various shapes.
The 3D cutting head makes it possible to cut precisely fitting contours that conventional pipe processing machines with 2D cutting heads cannot process.
Pipe and profile bars of up to 6.5 m in length are automatically fed to the laser system, processed and automatically unloaded.
A wide variety of contours can be cut to size (cutting to length), which is not possible with conventional processing machines such as saws and means increased work and costs due to the use of different machines such as saws, drills, milling machines, etc.
