Based on extensive equipment of CAD/CAM software, complex components, tool and equipment designs are carried out and accompanied in-house. Experienced designers accompany the product from the initial design to the production-ready component and the associated manufacturing process.

As a competent consultant and active partner in the development process, we work closely with our customers. The dialog begins at a very early stage. Often, initial product ideas or customer sketches form the starting point for the joint development process. In the next step, we formulate a concrete requirements profile. The corresponding component is created at modern CAD workstations, including the necessary FEM calculations and simulations. During the entire development phase we maintain close contact with our customers. In this way, we find functional solutions with a view towards cost-effective and efficient production.

Our developers take care of the conceptual design and the project planning of production systems and tools, automation and tool method planning. Other areas include transfer simulation, design guidelines and the individual steps of welding planning. The respective dates and designs of the production equipment are determined and documented in detail by a team of responsible planners directly on site.
