This made the great results of all the graduates who successfully completed their Apprenticeship and dual studies at Kesseböhmer in 2023 all the more gratifying. A proud 46 trainees and dual students successfully completed their apprenticeships at Kesseböhmer's Bad Essen and Bohmte sites in 2023 and are now well prepared for their future careers. This great success was celebrated this year with a joint graduation ceremony for all 13 apprenticeships at Gasthaus Leckermühle. "We are particularly pleased that many of our former trainees and students are staying with us after successfully completing their training and have decided to continue their careers at Kesseböhmer," says Angelina Koppenborg, Head of Commercial Apprenticeship at Kesseböhmer.
In addition to the trainees and their respective trainers, Oliver Kesseböhmer and HR Manager Nils Pehmöller were also among the well-wishers at the presentation of the certificates. Particularly good academic achievements were also rewarded with small and large gifts ranging from a thermos flask to an Ipad . "It's really nice that we had the opportunity to review the training period together with the other trainees and trainers," reports Philipp Meyer, a trainee industrial clerk, and adds: "Even in a large company like Kesseböhmer, you can feel that every single employee counts and is important for a successful future together - the award ceremony was a successful conclusion to three great years of training for me."
