The clearer the picture of the future profession, the easier it is to decide on a Apprenticeship, which will lead to a fulfilling and successful working life in the long term. In line with this conviction, Kesseböhmer once again organized the "Evening of Apprenticeship" in Bad Essen on 13 November 2024 after a break of several years. Apprentices, training staff and HR managers provided authentic insights into the company and the professions, encouraged participation with job-related tasks and answered visitors' questions. Around 200 interested pupils, parents and teachers took advantage of the offer.
Guided tours of the company provided insights into everyday working life at Kesseböhmer. At information stands set up in rooms specially prepared for the event in the modern pressing plant, trainees explained their areas of expertise, shared their experiences, and illustrated the tasks involved in the various professions using practical examples.
