Kesseböhmer congratulates on the successful training

Kesseböhmer relies on regional talent when it comes to the shortage of skilled workers and is a great training company out of conviction! With a high willingness to invest, the family-owned company ensures the multiple award-winning quality of its training. All the more reason to be pleased about the great results of all graduates who successfully completed their training and dual studies at Kesseböhmer in 2023. On September 28, 2023, this special event was celebrated together in the course of a ceremony.

A proud 46 apprentices and dual students have successfully completed their apprenticeships at Kesseböhmer's Bad Essen and Bohmte sites in 2023 and are now starting their future careers well prepared. This year, this great success was celebrated with a joint drawdown ceremony for all 13 apprenticeship professions at the Leckermühle inn. "We are particularly pleased that many of our former trainees and students have stayed with us after their successful graduation and have decided to continue their careers at Kesseböhmer," says a delighted Angelina Koppenborg, head of commercial training at Kesseböhmer.

Over a good meal, Oliver Kesseböhmer and HR Manager Nils Pehmöller were among those congratulating the apprentices and their respective trainers as they presented their certificates. Particularly good academic performance was also rewarded with small and large gifts ranging from thermos flasks to Ipads. "It's really nice that we had the opportunity to look back on the training period together with the other trainees, trainers and instructors," reports Philipp Meyer, a trainee industrial clerk, and adds: "Even in a large company like Kesseböhmer, you can sense that every single employee counts and is important for a successful joint future - for me, the certificate ceremony was a successful conclusion to three great years of training.
