Kesseböhmer has always stood for reliability and responsible action. For us, responsible corporate governance also means complying with legal requirements as part of our due diligence obligations.
In order to be able to point out human rights or environmental risks or violations in our own business operations and in the supply chain, we have introduced a Complaint procedure.
Corresponding reports can be sent directly by email to Kesseböhmer's complaints department(email@example.com). In addition, a postal report can be sent to Kesseböhmer Holding KG, Complaints Office, Mindener Straße 208, 49152 Bad Essen, Germany.
This complaints office has group-wide responsibility at Kesseböhmer. Regardless of whether a tip is submitted anonymously or not, Kesseböhmer naturally treats every tip received confidentially and does not tolerate any discrimination or consequences against persons who submit a tip in good faith (i.e. not for abusive purposes). All data transmitted to us in the context of a tip-off will be treated confidentially and will only be stored and used for the purpose of clarifying a possible violation within the framework of the respective applicable legal regulations.
We ask for your understanding that our Complaint procedure may only be used for the topics named in the text. General complaints or product and warranty inquiries will not be processed.
