As a competent consultant and active partner in the development process, we work closely with our customers. The dialog begins at a very early stage. Often, initial product ideas or customer sketches form the starting point for the joint development process. In the next step, we formulate a concrete requirements profile. The corresponding component is created at modern CAD workstations, including the necessary FEM calculations and simulations. During the entire development phase, we maintain close contact with our customers. This way, we find functional solutions with cost-effective and efficient production.

Prototype production is an important step in the development process of complex components. Based on the prototypes we produce, we can review the design concept together with our customers and produce binding samples for series production. Prototype production is carried out in proven individual steps, accompanied and monitored by our experts from the areas of development, design and project management. After the validation of models and simulations, the technical process feasibility is checked and the series product is mapped. As a development partner, it is our task to support our customers throughout the entire planning and production cycle. Prototype production is therefore verified with an assessment and consultation regarding costs and quantities.
