Convincing through quality and sustainably designed workplaces is the focus of our actions. To this end, we identify and review the requirements of our interested parties. A clearly structured organization, defined tasks, competencies and responsibilities support our managers and employees in this. To ensure that every delivery is a recommendation for future business, the processes of the individual management areas are systematically developed, taking into account relevant risks, and managed using suitable procedures. We ensure the continuous implementation and improvement of our corporate objectives through monitoring, internal and external audits, reviews, annual reports and communication with our employees, customers and suppliers. As part of our zero-defect philosophy, potential errors are identified at the earliest possible stage and eliminated at the source with the help of systematic root cause analysis. All activities are geared towards maximizing customer satisfaction and optimizing workplace conditions through constant suggestions for improvement from employees, minimization of errors and targeted error prevention. The aim of our corporate policy is to offer our customers and consumers advanced, reliable, sustainable and reasonably priced products and to defend our market position through our quality, safety, environmental and energy standards. The implementation of these goals and the assurance of quality are the responsibility of every employee. Raising awareness of the management areas at all levels, promoting the careful use of resources and energy, creating a safe working environment and developing the necessary knowledge is an ongoing management task. To ensure that these requirements are met, the applicable standards and regulations are consistently implemented throughout the Group in the form of an integrated management system.

Responsibility towards energy, the environment and people

The Kesseböhmer Group is committed to its shared responsibility for the preservation of natural resources. We define environmental protection, careful use of energy and safety as the fulfillment of legal, social and our own requirements in our direct and indirect environment. Our aim is to develop, manufacture and market products in economically and ecologically compatible processes that have the least possible impact on the environment throughout their entire life cycle.

We strive to minimize environmental impact and increase safety for our staff right from the planning stage of all our operational processes and the development of our systems using the best available technology. In particular, it is important to save resources in all activities and, where technically feasible, to use recyclable raw materials. Furthermore, the idea of sensible use of energy and water is practiced in the company. The aim here is to think energy-efficiently right from the planning stage in order to use energy sensibly in all activities and processes and to keep emissions at a low level. Compliance with all legal requirements applicable to our company, as well as all customer requirements, is a self-commitment and minimum standard for us.
